Methods: For experiments were used hearts from rats of three age categories 6, 15 and 26-month old. Fluorescence studies were performed as reported Kaplan et al. 2000 ; . HNE and malondialdehyde were measured according to standard kits. COX activity was measured spectrophotometrically. Twenty six cultures of starter lactic acid bacteria isolated from Egyptian dairy products with or without added adjunct cultures of lactobacilli and micrococci were evaluated in experimental Ras cheese for avour development. Chemical compositions of experimental cheeses were within the legal limit for Ras cheese in Egypt. All cultures used in this study had no effect on chemical composition of Ras cheese during ripening. Very signicant variations in free amino acids, free fatty acids and sensory evaluations have been found among the cultures used in Ras cheesemaking. The levels of free amino acids and free fatty acids were correlated well with avour development in Ras cheese. Six of the tested cultures produced acceptable avour and texture of Ras cheese. The highest overall score of avour intensity, avour and texture acceptability were in cheese made using thermophilic lactic.

There is also little evidence to prove that Ptx reduces acute side effects of radiotherapy. The only possible exception is a small randomized trial of lung radiotherapy. Regarding established late sequelae, numerous non-randomized clinical trials described healing of soft tissue necrosis and improvement of trismus and fibrosis after several weeks of Ptx or Ptx plus vitamin E.
